Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / New users imported, but cannot assign tickets I had a new employee start last week. I added him to Basecamp. Subsequently, I synchronized Tiki with Basecamp, and my new employee appeared as a new assignee. However, when I attempt to create a new ticket, assign the ticket to a project on which he is allowed access in Basecamp, and then assign the ticket to him, I get the following error message: 2 errors prohibited this item from being saved There were problems with the following fields:
I can confirm that he does, in fact, have access to both the project and the company. I have attempted to re-synch with Basecamp twice, and nothing so far has changed (after two hours). Any suggestions? Thanks, |

Topic: Miscellaneous / Anxious for invitation. Hey guys, Yet another request from a bascamp user for an invite. I saw several things about “requests before Oct. 8.” If we’ve missed the deadline for the beta trial but there’s still some dead time before the actual launch, can I suggest you put a “sign up to be notified when Tiki goes live” button on your sign up page? I’m cool to wait another couple months, but I’d love to know that you’ll contact me when it’s ready so I don’t have to keep coming back to double check. Please put me on this list if it’s started somewhere! Thanks! |

I’ve sent an email to the contact address (contact button is broken on the main site by the way) – but I’ve not heard back and it’s impossible to sign up without one. We’re really hoping we’re going to be able to try Tiki out, as we’re very close to needing to make a final decision on bug-tracking software. (We also do not like Trac also) We use Basecamp heavily and are looking for the last piece of the puzzle. Our subversion repository is also integrates with Basecamp. Topic: Feature Requests / Ability to change ToDo list It would be extremely helpful to be able to change the associated ToDo list. For our project, there are a lot of things we need to note, but we don’t yet know which ToDo list they’ll be assigned to. Since we can’t CHANGE the ToDo list we can’t put this info into Tiki.
