Until then, it would be great if this stuff could be in all ticket as SOW on bug issues. So, would be ideal if they were fields in Tiki, but would also be great if included just as above in the descriptions fields.

This might be simpler: Add a JS function so that If someone selects “Bug as the Tiki type, the above five bullet points appear in the description field with after each?

I didn’t include these fields in Tiki, because I felt that in bug trackers such as Bugzilla and Trac the numerous fields lead to confusion and an ill-defined sense of dread in the end-user. I think we could unobtrusively include OS and Browser in the info section, auto-populated by the creator’s browser. As for URL, I’d say for the time being just include it in the description field…

FYI, Browser and OS are now included in Ticket View under the “Info” tab.
