Some suggestions and what's next?

I suggest signed up for Tiki today and have some initial impressions I’d like to share. But I’d also like to know if there’s another release planned soon and if so, when and what’s included? I don’t think that the current functionality is that far away from what I’m looking for but there are a few key features I’d like to see… 1) I’ve integrated Tiki with basecamp so it shows all the users in Tiki. But I can’t figure out a way to see all tickets regardless of who created it without doing an advanced search 2) Ability to upload supporting files for the ticket that was created. This would even be ok if the files had to be stored in basecamp. Just need a way to access the files through the ticket. 3) Customized fields. Would like to be able to add fields like firmware version and choose a specific version from a drop down. 4) Comments section for person that is closing the issue I may be looking at the wrong software tool but I see Tiki having the capability to do so much more than it does. Hopefully someone can confirm if something is coming my way soon or if I need to look elsewhere. |
