1. I would request to give option to upload File/Screenshots for the bug being reported. At the times it is very crucial to provide such info to developers. It will be great if you can provide this option in the next update.

2. Also can you just organize the Add Ticket Screen in such a way, so that there is no or very minimal scroll?

3. It will be great if we can also change the look-n-feel to make it look like more our Basecamp site.

4. When creating a ticket, users having only one company and one project should not be asked to select which company and project he/she is creating the ticket for, it should be preselected.

Absolutely…file upload is needed for our engineers to provide console logs of issues they’re seeing. Any idea if this is planned or if this is a limitation of the system (not planned)?

I also agree – a but tracking system without the ability to upload screenshots is very hard to sell to our users.
