New users imported, but cannot assign tickets

I had a new employee start last week. I added him to Basecamp. Subsequently, I synchronized Tiki with Basecamp, and my new employee appeared as a new assignee. However, when I attempt to create a new ticket, assign the ticket to a project on which he is allowed access in Basecamp, and then assign the ticket to him, I get the following error message: 2 errors prohibited this item from being saved There were problems with the following fields:
I can confirm that he does, in fact, have access to both the project and the company. I have attempted to re-synch with Basecamp twice, and nothing so far has changed (after two hours). Any suggestions? Thanks, |
