Currently only the parent company’s users can view and edit tickets within Tiki. We’ll keep your suggestion in mind for future releases, though, thanks! |

I second Hans request … until my client’s company users can participate, it makes it very difficult for them to make bug fix/feature requests (as someone on our team would manually have to recreate them … and since we’re all collaborating on BaseCamp already this is a significant extra step). |

I third this request, For our customers being able to log in to create bugs/issues/change requests would be great. This is currently limiting our use, we are piloting on a single project at the moment, this would actually prohibit us using it for all projects and reserve it for internal projects. |
